Sunday School and Confirmation Class Starting SOON!
We know it's the start of the school year and everyone is busy sorting out schedules and stuff but Sunday School and Confirmation Class will be starting up soon!
If you have a little kid (ages 3 through whatever) that is interested in Sunday School just let us know. Older kids tend to become "helpers" with the younger kids. We are hoping to begin in the end of September but to do that we need a little help! We are looking for volunteers to help teach. Sunday School runs from right after the Children's message until the start of Communion (unless they're doing something super fun). We are hoping to get 3-6 additional volunteers so that we can schedule everyone for leading Sunday School no more than once a month. If you might be interested please or if you have a kiddo to participate in Sunday School but you might have a question or three, please contact Pastor Suloff or Lisa in the Church Office.
Also, Confirmation Class will be starting at the end of September! Confirmation Class is really Affirmation of Baptism, ultimately learning about, and considering, our faith and what we think and believe. Confirmation Class is typically done in 7th and 8th grade. If you care interested in having your child participate in Confirmation Class, or have questions, please contact Pastor Suloff.
Oh yeah, and just for fun, Trunk or Treat is October 26th so mark your calendars!
