Weekend Recap: February 5 Edition

The weekend recap is a bit late but it’s finally here to keep you up to date with all the St. Peter’s happenings…

This weekend we had our annual Soup Sale to support St. Peter’s Social Ministry efforts and our annual Hoagie Sale to support our Children, Youth, and Family Ministries and they were wonderful! Thanks to the organizing efforts of Jan Gera for the Soup Sale, Jodi Ash for the Hoagie Sale, over a dozen people who contributed soups, and over a dozen youth and adults who helped make hoagies we had a great day on Sunday! Selling more than 15 varieties of soups in over 150 containers we raised $701 for our Social Ministry programs and selling 100 hoagies we raised $578 for our Children, Youth, and Family Ministries. A big thank you to Jan and Jodi, to all of our tremendous volunteers who made soups and hoagies, and to everyone for supporting our ministries through these fund raisers.

Did you miss Pastor Todd bringing the Good News on Sunday before he set off to Bali? (Yes, Pastor Todd is on vacation in Bali…he really knows how to vacation right!) Don’t worry, you can hear the Good News right here!
