Hey everyone, look here, this is important!!!

Hi everyone!! We’ve got a fepageant-1w announcements for you to take note of:
1) Our annual Christmas Pageant will be held on Sunday, December 18th during the 10am worship service. We will be starting some practice THIS SUNDAY on some of the songs for the pageant as well as signing kids up for various parts. We would ask parents to plan on waiting an extra few minutes after the service concludes than usual so that the kids have time to practice and get ready for what should be an amazing day at church. We will have a “dress rehearsal” on Sunday, December 11th (and pizza!!!) following the 10am worship service to make sure everyone knows where they are going and that we are all ready. The pageant this year will involve the whole congregation and we will need volunteers to help us prepare some things. We will be gathering on Saturday, December 10th and on Sunday, December 11th to finalize costumes and preparations. If you are able to help on the 10th or the 11th, or have any questions, please contact Pastor Suloff at revsuloff@gmail.com.

2) The Anthanksgiving-servicenual Thanksgiving Eve Service, hosted by the Plymouth-Whitemarsh Ministerium, will be held at The Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic church,
2050 Walton Road, Plymouth Meeting on Wednesday, November 23rd at 7:30pm. All of the area clergy will be participating, with Rabbi Glenn Ettman of Or Ami synagogue preaching. A combined choir from all of the
worshiping communities will be joining their voices together. If you desire to sing with the choir, contact Carol Evans, or show up at 6:30 p.m. that evening to rehearse. We hope to see you all joining with our larger community on the 23rd!

3) We’ve been blessed to receive donations of a number of Thanksgiving turkeys so far – we have been able to distribute 7 to the Colonialturkey1 Neighborhood Council, 6 to people from our own St. Peter’s community, and 3 to a sister
congregation – BUT WE COULD STILL USE SOME MORE! We could use as many as possible but need at least 6 turkeys by this weekend. Have you gotten a great coupon from a store? Can you fit an extra turkey in your shopping cart? Help us share the life, love, and joy of Jesus Christ for Thanksgiving by helping out our neighbors. You can drop them off during business hours or contact Ellen Daneke at esdaneke@aol.com for deliveries. Ellen said, “If we can get them before Friday that would be great! If they can’t get them to church until Sunday that’s ok too, just let me know that it’s coming.”

4) Sign up for your Church Directory Pictures now!!! Online signups are available here on the church website or speak with Carolyn Hanel.church-directory-3

So let’s go St. Peter’s – let’s get ready for the Christmas Pageant, let’s come together with our community for worship on Thanksgiving Eve, let’s smile pretty for some pictures, and let’s help our neighbors have a great Thanksgiving by donating some turkeys!
